We consider it a luxury and a blessing to be able to cook with natural forest ingredients.<\/p>

Wild mushrooms, wild vegetables and wild grasses. Wild game meat such as bears, boars, and deer. Aroma and distilled water of local trees such as Kiso cypress. Seafood grown in Ise Bay, where nutrients from the soil of the Kiso Forest are carried by the Kiso River.<\/p>
