Course meals are produced by two master chefs.

Mr. Hidehito Uchiyama, the owner of “Ginza Uchiyama”,
awarded a Michelin star for 10 consecutive years.

Mrs. Patrizia di Benedict, the Italian chef of “bye bye blues” in Sicily,
awarded a star for eight straight years.

KISO SLOW FOOD

KISO offers rich ingredients of a regional flavour.

A premium brand “Kiso Beef”,
local unique fish, “Shinshu-salmon” and “Japanese Catfish”.

Mountain feast or the most precious mushroom “Matsutake”,
game meat such as “bear” or “wild boar”,
“Kiso traditional vegetables”, which are grown organically.

We serve unique Kiso Slow Food, which you can eat only at Zenagi.

FREE MEAL STYLE

Three meals will be provided during the stay.

Breakfast is buffet-style.
A lunch box will be served during outdoor activities.
Alternatively, lunch can be provided in the dining room.
Dinner is a course meal.

NOTE:

  • There are very few restaurants near the hotel.
